• Advertising and analytics data — if you arrive from an ad or search result, we record standard campaign parameters (such as Google click ID and UTM tags), the page you landed on, and the referring site, so we know which advertising brought you here.
• Technical data — basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) kept for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry, prepare your estimate, and communicate about your project.
• To store your inquiry in our customer-relationship system so our team can follow up.
• To measure which advertising works (e.g., reporting a form submission as a conversion to Google Ads). This measurement does not give advertisers your name or contact details.

What we don't do

• We never sell or rent your personal information.
• We don't share your contact details with third parties for their own marketing.
• We don't send marketing email blasts — we contact you about your inquiry and project.

Who has access

Your information is seen by our team and the service providers that run this website for us — our web hosting, our customer-relationship software, and our chat/notification tools. These providers process the information only on our behalf.

Chat assistant

The chat widget on this site is answered by an AI assistant, with our team taking over when you ask for a human. Chat conversations are stored so our team can follow up on your project questions. Please don't share sensitive information in chat beyond what's needed for your remodeling inquiry.

Cookies and local storage

We use browser local storage to remember your chat conversation and which ad brought you to the site. If you arrive from Google Ads, Google's own cookies may be used for conversion measurement per Google's privacy policy.

Data retention and your rights

We keep inquiry records as long as needed for business and legal purposes.
